Financial Analyst, FP&A and Operations

To help support our rapid growth, we're looking for a talented Financial Analyst to help our company forecast, model, analyze and ultimately improve our business as the first FP&A hire. As the first hire on the Finance team, you will work directly with ServiceCore’s COO.
In this cross-functional role, you will work on high-level strategic projects, board materials, analyses and forecasting for different business cases, you will collaborate directly with members from each team, from sales and marketing to product, engineering and operations, depending on the project. This creates great opportunities for you to develop relationships across the organization and to learn about and contribute to all facets of ServiceCore’s business.
What to Expect:
- You will help execute our end-to-end financial and operational planning and forecasting process
- Operational and financial modeling, planning, budgeting and cross-departmental analysis
- Help track and report on KPIs for each department, to inform department heads on how they’re performing vs targets
- Build frameworks and structures to establish ownership, trust and accountability

What You’ll Need to be Successful:
- 2+ years experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, accounting or consulting
- Business or quantitative degree
- Financial planning and modeling skills
- Accounting and managerial control knowledge (US GAAP preferred)
- Knowledge of databases and data analysis
- Excel, Excel, Excel
- SQL is a plus
- Exposure to SaaS business models and metrics will be a distinct advantage
Salary & Benefits:
- $75K-$100K (based on on prior experience)
