Position Overview:

The ERP Administrator is responsible for ensuring high availability & performance of Brilliant Earth’s NetSuite system and related applications, and working with the business systems team to develop and launch additional ERP functionality to meet business unit needs.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Deliver continued improvements of and integrations with core IT systems such as NetSuite ERP to meet current and future business needs
• Lead and project manage cross-functional teams to develop and launch new ERP functionality to meet business unit needs, including workflows, scripts, and reports
• Develop and manage metrics to measure and improve ERP performance
• Ensure the availability, speed, security and scalability of Brilliant Earth’s NetSuite system and related applications
• Support the refinement and enhancement Brilliant Earth’s IT policies, security, procedures and training

Key qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in a business systems analyst role
• Experience driving improvement of complex ERP customizations
• Prior team management experience preferred
• Experience managing ERP developers
• Familiarity and experience with industry leading ERP systems (NetSuite preferred but not required)
• Ability to handle long-term projects and urgent tasks seamlessly
• Exceptional project management skills and accountability
• Ability to think critically and adapt quickly in a flexible environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player with an ability to work collaboratively
• Entrepreneurial spirit / self-starter
• Interest in socially and environmentally responsible organizations and products
• Familiarity with online commerce and physical stores retail a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields a plus
