Our Accounting team oversees the company's financial well-being while supporting operational and business planning in a
dynamic, fast-paced environment. We work hard to ensure growth is accurately projected, managed, and the our financial
results are properly accounted for at Prologis. As our Director of Technical Accounting and Reporting, you'll join a
trans formative team of global accountants. We expect you should be capable of managing multiple priorities in a rapidly
growing and fluid organization. Typically, people that have been successful here demonstrate a high analytical, organized,
communicative and problem solving background.

Here’s how to do that:
• Lead in a global role reporting to Accounting and Company leadership (reports to SVP, Corporate Accounting and
Reporting)
• Active role in executing transactions alongside legal and operations (acquisitions, dispositions, and formation of
ventures)
• Responsible for working with global accounting team to research and document accounting conclusions under U.S.
GAAP and IFRS
• Review of quarterly reporting for multi-billion dollar ventures (U.S., Mexico and Brazil)
• Strong desire to work in face paced environment and challenge the status quo
• Assist with implementation and review of new accounting standards and other technical areas in the Prologis 10Q/K
• Communicate with external auditors on accounting standards and conclusions
• Demonstrate discretion, confidentiality and good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential matters and
documentation
• Demonstrate and grow leadership skills through role within global accounting department
• Hire direct report to assist with responsibilities (Senior/ Supervisor of Technical Accounting and Reporting)

• 7+ years in public accounting experience with 3+ years in a 'Big Four' firm
• 4+ years of experience managing and developing employees
• CPA license required
• REIT and global company experience a plus
• Proven track record of clearly communicating (verbally and written) conclusions regularly to global teams and senior
management
• Deep-rooted knowledge, skills, and ability to review quarterly reporting for high dollar ventures (U.S., Mexico, and
Brazil), including financial statements and operating statistics.
