Overview
Four Winds Interactive is actively seeking a Director of FP&A to join our growing Finance team. This role will help in growing our FP&A function to ensure we're developing a scalable approach to long-term planning, financial operations, international & more. This individual will report directly into our VP of FP&A. To be successful in this role, it will require someone who has a go-getter personality with proven track records on driving results and have a passion to grow his/her team and build a scalable forecast model.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing forward looking financial analysis and reporting and developing and implementing robust procedures that create accurate, timely, and relevant financial statements, measurements, forecasts, plans, projections, and business analysis.
• The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader that is ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into the data/systems/models/etc. themselves.
• Manage a team of FP&A analysts.
• Identify and track key performance metrics of business operations, competitors, benchmarking, etc.
• Assist Senior Management with special projects to support strategic decision-making (e.g., "what if" strategic analysis).

Qualifications

• 8+ years of total experience with a minimum of 5 years direct FP&A experience; deep familiarity with financial accounting, modeling, and analysis.
• Forecasting architect.
• SAAS experience is highly preferred.
• Track record of success in fast paced high growth environments.
• Prior experience leading the FP&A functions.
• Aptitude and enthusiasm for complex problem solving, with advanced Excel skills and affinity for managing large and complex data sets.
• Strategic thinker across competitive strategy, business models and financial management.
• Brings a collaborative and partnership-oriented style, with the ability to work cross functionally and manage competing organizational priorities and agendas.
• Excellent communication skills, able to effectively manage and engage internal stakeholders
• Strong executive presence with the ability to lead change and drive execution.
• High energy and self-motivated, with a hands-on style.

Helpful for Success:

• BS degree required with an advanced degree in Finance/data analytics a plus.
• NetSuite ERP experience is preferred.
• Former PE-backed experience is preferred.
• Strong presentation skills with advanced PowerPoint skills a plus.
• Project and time management skills

Compensation Range: $130,000.00 - $155,000.00 + Variable
