Envysion, a leading provider of video based SaaS technology solutions for retailers, fast casual restaurants and wireless dealers, is seeking a Director of FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) to lead the Company’s weekly/monthly metrics reporting and analysis, financial quarterly forecast, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis, bank and board reporting and special projects. S/he will provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management including preparing board presentations, financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, industry/peer group comparisons, new business opportunities, acquisition analysis and other projects requested by senior management.

Core Functions

  • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
  • Develop and monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
  • Supervision of Financial Analyst(s) (future)
  • Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools
  • Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
  • Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports
  • Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports
  • Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in marketing programs, menu pricing, new store rollouts as well as new projects
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
  • Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
  • Support Senior Management Team and Departments heads to provide in-depth analysis and tracking/reporting tools
  • Prepare presentations to Credit Partners, Board of Directors and Senior Management Team

  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
  • Significant experience in professional client relationship management
  • In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices

Qualifications, Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • MBA highly preferred
  • CPA a plus
  • 5+ years experience as Manager or Director of Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel required
  • Accounting/GAAP knowledge a plus
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with individuals across many different levels in the organization – from Board Members to hourly support personnel
  • Sage experience a plus

  • Microsoft Power BI experience a plus
  • Experienced in reporting, consolidation and financial planning and analysis
  • Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Experience in or exposure to international operations is a positive
  • Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment
