Granicus iscurrently looking for and energetic and entrepreneurial-minded Director ofFinancial Planning and Analysis to join the Finance Team reporting to the VP of FP&A. The Director of FP&A will drive our financial planning, budgeting,and forecasting functions. Strategically, the Director of FP&A will develop& leverage a deep understanding of the key drivers of the various businesslines at Granicus, and become the finance partner to the leaders of the variousteams to help drive strategic and operational initiatives as the businesscontinues to grow and scale. They will interface directly with the SeniorLeadership Team and will use their entrepreneurial drive to help develop greatsolutions while working independently with various stakeholders with limitedoversight and high visibility throughout the organization.

What You Get ToDo:

  • Drive the annual budgeting and planning process in collaboration with company leadership
  • Develop and refine the company's Adaptive Insights budget and reporting system and strategy
  • Provide operational analysis and reporting designed to drive increased awareness into total company performance and opportunities
  • Execute value-added analysis and decision support for key business projects and initiatives
  • Drive innovative ways of making the business more efficient and profitable
  • Develop, implement, and manage the rolling budget and forecast process
  • Deploy PowerBI dashboards where applicable
  • Provide back-up support to other Finance team members as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

What We Need InYou:

  • 4 year Degree in AccountingFinance or similar quantitative discipline
  • 8+ years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, and/or budgeting
  • Outstanding problem solving skills
  • A highly collaborative team approach to work
  • A record of accomplishment and delivery against objectives
  • Excellent systems skills/accounting software package proficiency 
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Salesforce
  • A detail oriented team player with strong self-direction

1999 Broadway is located in-between Denver’s Downtown and Uptown neighborhoods. Granicus occupies the 36 and 37 floors of the building.
