About the team

The FIS Digital Banking Team is a team focused on providing the very best digital banking experience for the hundreds of financial institutions that depend on FIS Digital Banking products, and the millions of account holders that rely on those products and services to keep them connected to their finances.  The products and services we provide cover mobile, online and emerging channels serving clients in retail banking, business banking, enterprise cash management and treasury management disciplines.  

What you will be doing

You will be an FIS ‘digital evangelist’ using your subject matter expertise in digital channels and digital banking to formulate and communicate strategies to further develop the FIS Digital Banking business.

  • Monitoring trends and directions in digital banking technology across all channels – mobile, online and emerging channels 

  • Formulating strategies to make FIS Digital Banking products more relevant, more profitable and more appealing.

  • Presenting FIS digital strategy, product roadmaps and product capabilities to FIS clients and prospects.

  • Working with sales and marketing teams, product management teams, and support and delivery teams to ensure that all teams involved in delivering FIS Digital Banking products and services are engaged and knowledgeable about FIS Digital Banking products and strategic direction.

  • Identifying new ways to reach clients and prospects with engaging, relevant information about what FIS can do for financial institutions to power their digital transformation journeys.

  • Working with team members to increase product revenues and drive product profitability while increasing customer satisfaction.

What you bring:

You will be a strong, confident communicator able to understand a financial institution’s business drivers and relate product capabilities to their business objectives.  You will have a good grasp of what a successful Fintech company needs to do to be successful.

  • 5-10 years experience in working with financial institutions on digital banking products, digital transformation strategies and digital engagement.

  • Strong experience in one or more of these domains: retail banking, small business banking, commercial banking, cash management or treasury management.

  • Strong understanding of the digital banking market, competitors and products.  

Added bonus if you have:

  • Deep knowledge of user-centric digital design and design thinking practices

  • Experience is setting strategy for commercial banking or retail banking initiatives

  • Experience in a start-up or early stage Fintech company
