Over the last 5 years, AdCellerant has grown from a few founders to a team of 60 talented, hard-working individuals leading the industry in supporting local marketers. This team helps execute sophisticated digital advertising campaigns in Programmatic, Native, Video, Mobile,
Search Engine Marketing, Email, and Search Engine Optimization, active in 5 countries and over 300 markets.
The AdCellerant team is looking to hire an additional member to the Finance Team that will help with daily, weekly, and monthly financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on financial plans. The goal is to enable the company’s leaders and employees to make sound business decisions and meet the company’s objectives. This position will report directly to the CFO, have a lot of executive visibility, and will have responsibilities in daily, weekly and monthly reports, data analysis, reconciliations, invoicing,
expense management, A/P, A/R, the budgeting process and general business activities with the goal of becoming the “Right Hand” to the CFO. This individual will be a self-starter, hard worker, and collaborator with a strategic mind. AdCellerant is focused on growing more than 4x over the next 3 years and this position will play a key role in how the company evolves moving forward.
Job Responsibilities
Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action
Analyze costs, pricing, variable conditions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans
Analyze trends and develop projections for the company’s finances
Support month-end and year-end close process
Assist in AP and AR efforts
Oversee payroll process and timelines
Maintain chart of accounts
Assist in Budgeting process
Build ad-hoc reports to assist team(s) as needed
Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on
future paths to be taken
Assist Tax Accountants with applicable requests
Assist in Banking functions, reports and covenants
Establish and maintain internal controls
Qualifications
3+ years of working in finance related role
Advanced Excel skills
Advanced QuickBooks skills
CPA certification preferred
Understanding of Accounting practices
Ability to read and understand Financial Reports
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including
executive and C-level
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
BA/BS degree or equivalent
