We are looking for a Controller who will drive the accounting accuracy in a scaling SaaS company.
What You Will Do
You will be hands on and enhance the accuracy of the company's accounting records and financial reports.
You will define and implement a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, manage cashflow, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting standards.
You will manage a small yet mighty finance team.
In addition, you will:
- Handle a high transactional volume environment (currently ~200 vendor invoices/month and ~1,000 customer invoices/month)
- Work with QuickBooks, Zuora, and Salesforce
- Manage daily bank balances and banking relationships
- Work with third-party auditors and tax firms
- Oversee operations in the finance department
- Provide back-up to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
Who You Are
You are excited to tackle the financial operations of a scaling SaaS company and make a high transactional volume environment even more efficient.
You have hands-on experience with software revenue recognition.
In addition, you have:
- 5-13 years of experience in financial operations with some experience as a Controller
- An active CPA (desired, but not mandatory)
- QuickBooks and Salesforce experience
- A customer service mentality and positive, approachable demeanor
You are able to work in our Boulder, CO office Monday-Friday.
