Xactly is seeking a Collections Analyst who is results-oriented, customer centric global collections professional with in depth experience researching and resolving payment exceptions, challenging chargebacks, and ensure payments occur on time.

Responsibilities

Review Accounts Receivable Aging for collections
Communicate with customers regarding late payments and obtain payment status
Perform pre-collections activities to ensure timely payment from customer
Assist in the timely collection efforts of outstanding receivables
Work across departments to research and resolve invoice disputes
Work cross-functionally to develop and implement improvements to billing processes and collections systems
Perform special projects as requested

Required Skills

6+ years of billing and collections
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work under time constraints
