THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Collections & AP Analyst at Xactly Corporation, you'll be responsible for helping the
company convert its invoices into cash payments by building relationships with our customers
and internal departments. This position will also be responsible for entering vendor invoices and
communicating with the vendors regarding invoice status. This position will require some agility
in balancing the two responsibilities and will be supported by the other members of the team.
THE TEAM
Xactly's Collections & AP teams reports into a world class accounting department. The team
includes a range of members that are working at their first professional position, all the way to
experienced managers who are eager to mentor, train and develop energetic team members
who want to learn. You will also gain exposure to other departments and collaborate with them
to collectively help Xactly with its business. We will eventually look to you as one of our in-house
experts to help make us better.
THE SKILL SET:
● 1-3 years billing and collections or Accounts Payable experience is a plus, but not
required
● Exceedingly eager to learn and implement processes and procedures
● High sense of urgency in resolving customer and vendor issues
● Willingness to learn and are internally motivated
● Customer service skills to ensure customers, vendors, and employees feel valued

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU'LL
● Get your bearings and begin to build a strong foundation upon which to grow
● Build relationships with internal business partners including Accounting, Customer
Success, Professional Services and Finance
● Gain a strong understanding of the importance of the collections and Accounts Payable
functions.

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU'LL
● You will develop a strong understanding of the collections and Accounts Payable
process and getting into your best groove for the two responsibilities. Start formulating
and sharing opinions on how we can improve.

WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU'LL
● Begin to implement the vision for change/impact that you have been developing over the
past 6-months and how to optimize the process going forward.

WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU'LL
● Develop highly tuned customer service skills
● Identify further personal education opportunities to increase your business and
instructional acumen
● Have developed strong relationships with our customers (internal and external), inspiring
trust and credibility.

Pay: $41,000.00 - $51,000.00 + 10%
