Summary:

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is primarily responsible for high volume customer invoicing and Accounts Receivable collections. This role also assists as needed with other accounting & finance processes on a day-to-day basis.

Duties & Responsibilities Include:

• Customer invoicing
• Accounts Receivable collections
• Monitor Accounts Receivable Aging
• Escalates collection issues to Customer Service
• Custom report generation for customers
• Responding to customer inquiries regarding invoicing
• Assists with cash application of customer payments
• Assists with customer check deposits
• Identifies gaps in internal processes and procedures
• Drives process improvements, including streamlining customer invoicing and collections

Education & Training:

• Five or more years of experience managing accounts receivable and/or accounts payable. Month-end processes or other accounting experience preferred.

Knowledge & Experience:

• Experience using mid/major ERP Systems (SAP, NetSuite or similar) required.
• Software/SAAS industry accounting experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel
