Envysion, a leading provider of video-based SaaS technology solutions for retailers, fast casual restaurants and wireless dealers, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist.  The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for utilizing phone calls, emails, and interpersonal communications to ensure that Accounts Receivable are collected in a timely manner.

Core Functions

• Post daily deposits from customers, including checks, credit cards, and ACH payments.
• Process daily invoicing.
• Communicate with clients about billing discrepancies and questions.
  • Build relationships with AP representatives at our customer sites.
  • Annotate accounts from all calls, so that a history is maintained for all accounts regarding collection efforts.
• Engage management over any AR problems you encounter.
• Initiate collections on past-due accounts.
  • Maintain a good follow up system to ensure promises to pay are met and accounts are not neglected.
• Prepares, and mail monthly customer statements
• Verify validity of account discrepancies by researching payments and invoices.
• Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering corrections to customer accounts.
• Researches charge back claims.
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of B2B Collections in fast paced, high volume environment.
• Ability to positively and effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Commitment to excellence in customer service.
• Proven successful results, in meeting or exceeding established collections goals.
• Display effective interpersonal skills with all levels of employees.
• Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple and changing responsibilities.
• Strong integrity and work ethic.
• Experience with accounting software systems (Sage, Xactly, Salesforce, and Zuora).
