Job Description
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receives and prepares files from a variety of sources
• Prints and reads system files or gathers records and reports to compile needed data
• Enters/uploads information into systems
• Prepares/processes forms for clients
• Posts transactions to accounting records such as worksheet, ledger or system files
• Analyzes posted data
• Develops/maintains process documentation for each assigned task
• Assists in special projects
• Interfaces/resolves internal and external customer inquiries
• Other related duties assigned as needed
FIS JOB LEVEL DESCRIPTION
Developing support role. Applies moderate skills to job or specialization. May adapt procedures, processes, tools, equipment and techniques to meet more complex requirements of job. Duties and tasks are somewhat routine, although most questions and problems are resolved by the incumbent. Consults with senior peers on semi-complex processes to learn through experience. Works under general supervision. Requires a High School diploma and typically a minimum of one years of experience in an office setting and/or finance shared services experience.
