RemoteLock is searching for a well-rounded Accounting Specialist to join our great team!

 

Job Duties:

  • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant coding and processing of invoices for on-time payments; as well as, ensuring prompt billing, collections and cash applications.

  • Enter and monitor company credit cards

  • Email and phone communications with vendors and customers

  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve customer disputes as a liaison between the customer and operations.

  • Work with customers to collect past due balances to minimize accounts receivable outstanding.

  • Understanding of Inventory and Purchase Orders in order to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments due.

  • Using a high attention to detail work with Sales and Support to ensure the processing of orders and returns is processed in accordance with company policy; as well as, making recommendations to improve these processes.

  • Manage supply and snack ordering for the office to ensure items do not run out.

  • Assist Controller and CFO with any miscellaneous projects as needed

 

Technical Competence:

• Past Netsuite and Automated AP experience required.

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

 

Required Characteristics:

• Efficient and organized with the ability to be helpful when interrupted and then re-focus

• Eager to learn, grow and challenge themselves.

• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent.

• 1-2 years of hands-on Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with ability to troubleshoot, research, and resolve invoice issues.

• Professional verbal and written communication skills.

• Detail oriented.

• Familiar with account reconciliations, general ledger and various accounting functions.

• Great work ethic, and drive to be a true team player

• Exceptional customer/client service skills.

• Ability to adapt and learn quickly

 

This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package. Company located in the Denver area.
