 What you’ll be doing...

  • AR Collections
  • Research and analysis of customer accounts
  • Apply payments, generate statements & resolve discrepancies. 
  • Complete supplier information forms as needed. 
  • Assists other areas of accounting and special projects as necessary.

This role has an anticipated schedule of 10 to 20 hours per week.

Required skills & experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience required in collections, AR or other accounting related position.

  • Demonstrate consistent attention to detail and understand the importance of getting the small stuff right

  • Previous experience with NetSuite is a plus

Compensation:

Scaled  Agile is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This is a part-time hourly position paying $26 - $28 per hour.  Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.

As a part-time position, this role is not eligible for the benefits package offered full-time employees.  

Where you’ll be working

Although currently remote, this position will be based in our corporate headquarters in Boulder, CO.

Location

We are located in Northeast Boulder, situated on the hill above Valmont Bike Park, offering a wonderful view of the Mountains. Most of our employees continue to work remotely while at the same time we enjoy the ability to gather for planning and lunch is served on Wednesdays.
