Description

Envysion, a leading provider of video-based SaaS technology solutions for retailers, fast casual restaurants and wireless dealers, is seeking a responsible Accounting Clerk to perform a variety of accounting and clerical tasks.

Core Functions

• Collections, and front line to collection process
• Cash applications of accounts receivable
• Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, customer service departments, and from customers;
• Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit line.
• Collection email, collection calls, contacting customers.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Entering trade A/P which includes obtaining authorizations, validating coding
• Other duties as assigned

• Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed collection goals, with consistent month-over-month reduction in AR due to collection process
• Helpful: Prior experience with Salesforce.com

Experience

Education:

•  High school diploma required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred
• Prior understanding of basic accounting principles

 Work Experience:

•  Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
