About this Position

As part of our small (and fast growing!) team, your primary job will be to process A/P, A/R (including collections), bank/ cash reconciliations, sales tax reconciliation and filing. You’ll work directly with our Controller to not only ensure all our process are running smoothly but help improve all accounting aspects. 

We work with hundreds of customers and hundreds (yes, hundreds!) of vendors. On a company level you'll work with our operations and customer success teams to make sure all customers and vendors invoices are up to date and are in good standing.

 Responsibilities

• Work closely with our customers and vendors to ensure all invoices are paid in a timely timeline. 

• Work closely with our Controller to manage month-end close including bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and sales tax filing.

• Take on strategic projects to help determine financial growth and needs for the company.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience and working knowledge of A/P processing, A/R processing (including collections), bank/ cash reconciliations,

• Deadline mentality, detail oriented, tech savvy, passion for building things that scale
