Role Purpose
As Bluprint’s Accountant, you will be deeply involved with the monthly and quarterly financial close processes. Between close cycles you will dig into reconciliations as well as ad hoc and regular reporting, working closely with the finance team, internal stakeholders, and NBCU HQ.
Responsibilities
- Complete monthly and quarterly close processes within required deadlines, including preparing journal entries and reconciliations for income and balance sheet accounts
- Support accounts payable by serving as financial approver
- Assist with inventory management through reconciliation of billed not received items
- Coordinate with corporate tax team on sales & use and other tax issues
- Calculate revenue share payments for our partners and affiliates
- Actively partner with teams at Bluprint and NBCU to ensure that accounting processes and procedures are followed properly, enforcing internal controls
- Demonstrate commitment to solving problems and creating continuous process improvements to support business objectives
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle general ledger accounting experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (e.g., INDEX, MATCH, Pivot Tables)

• SAP experience a plus
