What You’ll Do
As the Finance Sr. Manager, Product & Marketing, you’ll be at the heart of strategic decision-making for two of Edmentum’s most dynamic teams. You’ll transform data into direction, guiding investment decisions and performance strategies that shape how we bring our products to market and connect with educators. This is a high-impact role for a finance leader who thrives on influence without authority, loves solving complex problems, and wants to see their insights drive real-world outcomes.
In this role, you will:
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating complex financial data into compelling, actionable insights.
- Build and scale frameworks that evaluate marketing and product investments, helping the business understand ROI and payback with precision.
- Define and track KPIs that matter—then build dashboards that make performance trends visible and decisions smarter.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycles for Marketing and Portfolio, delivering financial clarity and strategic foresight.
Who You Are
- You have deep expertise in SaaS financial metrics and unit economics.
- You are skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- You have experience supporting marketing and product teams with financial insights.
- You are strategic and analytical, with a strong business acumen.
- You have 8+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally in SaaS or tech.
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- You are proficient in Excel and financial planning tools.
- You are a clear communicator with executive presence.
- You are adaptable, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
- You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.
This position is remote and includes a 10% annual bonus

Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
