Job Description
We have an opportunity available for an Entrata Applications Administrator. In this role you will:
Provide system support for corporate and/or operations processes.. Manage the input and output of system data and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of delivered information. Ensure effective, efficient processes are adhered to while providing the highest quality of customer service and responsiveness.
- Responsible for generating, auditing and distributing information from Operations Systems to business departments as required
- Configure application administrative settings in support of business related requests.
- Configure document mapping for automated document generation tool.
- Coordinate business processes that align with the transfer or receipt of system data
- Responsive to questions about system data and escalate questions or concerns with data or process administration as needed.
- Serve as liaison between end-users and system providers and validity of information.
- Research to double check or revise incorrect information as needed.
- Database configuration and setup for property acquisitions and dispositions.
- Maintain security roles and coordinate with IT to implement roles in an effort to ensure compliance.
- Trouble shoot and determine resolution where there is no historical pre-defined solution.
- Work typically involves unique situations involving heavy inter-departmental interaction.
- Developing and documenting new processes that are timely as well as meet regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Accuracy with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience with Entrata administration preferred
- 1-3 years of system administration or similar equivilent experience
- Intermediate-Advanced Excel Skills
- Assumes accountability for configuration data integrity and communication of such.
- Ability to respond quickly and determine appropriate sense of urgency when warranted.
- Demonstrates ability to trouble shoot and determine resolution where no historical pre-defined solution exists.
- Organizational and team interaction skills.
Additional Information
AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance at the individual, team and company levels. We start with a competitive base salary and add bonus opportunities and benefit choices topped off with:
- Expected pay rate of $60,000-$68,000 plus annual bonus. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
