Reporting to: Chief Revenue Officer 

Location: Denver, CO Hybrid 

Compensation: Base salary of $100K to $150K annually, plus commissions with the potential to earn up to 100% of the annual base salary

Position Overview: The Enterprise Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new business sales and expanding existing client relationships within the enterprise segment. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of SaaS sales, compensation management, and lifecycle solutions. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter with the stamina to navigate the ebbs and flows of sales cycles, possess a strong track record of exceeding sales targets, and have a passion for delivering value to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the enterprise market, specifically targeting organizations with 1,000+ employees.
  • Become proficient in demonstrating the capabilities and value proposition of each module of the HRsoft product suite 
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value prospects.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Present and demonstrate HRSoft’s compensation management solutions to prospective clients.
  • Lead the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, including contract negotiation and finalization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within large enterprises.
  • Understand clients' business needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnership through regular follow-ups and support.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation and campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback and insights from clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of enterprise sales experience in the SaaS industry, preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience in compensation management, HR technology, or related fields is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes and enterprise sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel to conduct virtual and face to face meetings, represent HRsoft at partner and trade events 
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred
