Spotzer is looking for a WordPress Specialist to join our  team in Denver!

We are currently on the hunt for a WordPress Specialist to work with our internal team of WordPress developers and work closely with our global offices to improve end-to-end process, quality and TATs.

You will be part of a team that helps shape our best practices for servicing our Partners and their clients with website fulfillment, from quoting to after sales service.

The successful candidate will have great attention to detail and be directed by best user experience, best practice and above all else, outstanding quality. You will also be quick to react, have confidence in your decisions, and when required, happily jump on the tools to ensure the website build meets client expectation and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be part of our global WordPress team;
• Build sites on time, budget and quality;
• Understand web best practices and be able to work out and create solutions based on uninformed and sometimes unclear briefs;
• Assist with scoping client requests;
• Inform Client Managers on the current state of affairs in the WordPress space;
• Do generic website related procedural semi-technical tasks;
• Keen to be coached and trained across global departments to ensure all websites are produced to a consistent standard and best practice;
• Work closely with our Traffic Manager and Client Managers to ensure all websites are progressing on time and budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree;
• 3+ years of WordPress admin experience;
• Strong understanding how to use WordPress and and well known plugins to set-up websites;
• Experience with Web-hosting, WP Engine prefered;
• Experience with following procedural website related tasks;
• Experience with Task based software, Jira and Trello prefered;
• Problem-solving capacity, coupled with a pragmatic approach;
• Fluent in English with great communication skills;
• Experience working in a fun, dynamic, fast paced company;
