Web Developers work closely with broader project teams that include UX, Design, QA, Project Management, and Implementation resources. Expert knowledge of front-end web development, strong interest in back end development, master prioritization skills, attention to detail, versatility, and enthusiasm for client success are cornerstones for this role. Candidates should bring a consultative approach and a "whatever it takes" attitude to ensure client success.

What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for static and dynamic HTML programming
  • Review designs for responsive design compatibility
  • Build HTML pages based on technical specification documents (Adobe XD)
  • Convert/slice graphic designs (Photoshop/PSD's) into HTML format (with CSS & JS)
  • Integration of HTML slices into an in-house CMS (Content Management System)
  • Website quality assurance
  • Test compatibility on different operating systems and browsers
  • Code review with peers
  • Manage a backlog ensuring timely completion of tasks assigned to you
  • Follow standards and maintain documentations
  • Develop and maintain any approved CMS customizations
  • Work within project teams, adhering to strict timeframes and budgets

Who You Are:

  • A minimum of 3 years of full-time and professional web development experience using ASP.NET C#
  • Proficient with cross-browser HTML and CSS programming
  • Proficient with Microsoft SQL server scripting (stored procedures) and management
  • Knowledge in HTML 5, CSS 3, Mobile-First Responsive Design and other HTML/CSS standards or techniques
  • Knowledge in ASP.NET MVC, Razor
  • Familiarity with Adobe XD
  • Familiarity with Photoshop (e.g. basic image slicing and graphic modifications)
  • Experience with JavaScript and/or JavaScript libraries or frameworks (e.g. jQuery, AngularJS) is a plus
  • Microsoft Certification(s) or other job-related skill certification(s) is a plus
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft Team Foundation Server / Visual SourceSafe is a plus
  • Must be able to provide 2-3 examples of work
  • High learning velocity and enthusiasm for excellence
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy – in thinking and execution
  • Excitement for managing multiple simultaneous tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • World-class problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
