Summary

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and dedicated Web Application Developer. You will take an active role in supporting our international membership by delivering high-quality applications and technologies in a collaborative Agile environment. Responsibilities include design, implementation, updating, testing, and documenting a wide range of software solutions. 

 

Description 

• Collaborate with UX, other developers and business units, to deliver applications that delight our members. 

• Communicate technical ideas and concepts to stakeholders, colleagues and management. 

• Support project planning by providing technical details on tasks, including estimates and resource requirements. 

• Design and develop software solutions that are used across multiple organizational units and by customers worldwide. 

• Maintain source control and change management processes. 

• Perform root-cause analysis to identify and fix program bugs and issues. 

• Prepare technical and user documentation. Must be able to translate technical information for non-technical audiences. 

• Follow Agile Scrum best practices, participate in Sprint ceremonies, and keep status of stories and tasks up-to-date 

 

Knowledge and Skills 

• Strong communication and leadership skills 

• Experience designing and developing web solutions using Microsoft Stack: C#, ASP.NET, MVC, IIS, and SQL Server. 

• Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery.  

• Experience creating Web Sites, Web Services, WCF Services 

• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing tools 

 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 

• 3+ years of application development with C# and ASP.NET MVC 

• 2+ years of experience developing with Microsoft SQL Server, LINQ and Entity Framework 

• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing tools 

• Experience working in an Agile environment is a big plus 

• Experience with TFS, Visual Studio Team Services, or Azure DevOps is a plus 

• Experience with Sitecore is a plus.

 

This role will be working full-time in our office located at 9127 S. Jamaica St. Englewood, CO 80112.
