We're looking for a VoIP (Video and Voice over Internet Protocol) DevOps Engineer to manage and maintain our global SIP infrastructure to support real-time audio and video for Zoom Meeting.
You will be a part of the Zoom Gateway DevOps team. This team's responsibilities include ( but are not limited to ) Zoom Audio Conference, Zoom Conference Room Connectors, Zoom Web Client, Zoom Live Streaming, and Zoom Skype for Business/Lync Integration.
Responsibilities

• You'll work with Zoom services' release deployment and maintenance
• You'll design and implement zero-downtime Zoom services (99.99%)
• You'll manage a SIP infrastructure with components: SBC, Gateway, Media Proxies, and Media Servers
• You'll build SIP trunks with PSTN carriers, enterprise customers, and telecom partners
• You'll implement CI/CD to maintain a scalable architecture; work with developers
• You'll automate monitoring metrics; troubleshoot service issues

Qualifications:

• You have knowledge of telecommunications networks and environments
• You're experienced with real-time video and audio in VoIP network
• You have a high level of understanding of the methods of SIP trunking topology
• You have an advanced understanding of SIP, RTP, RTCP, TLS, SRTP, H.323, and related protocols
• You have experience partnering with carriers around the globe and ability to work with them to achieve high-quality service for Zoom Meeting customers
• You're experienced with FreeSWITCH, OpenSIPS, and other VoIP products
• You have experience with Python, Shell, and other scripting languages
• You have experience with Ansible Playbooks and Ansible Tower
• You have experience with Git, Jenkins, and other DevOps tools
• You're experienced with Linux and shell
• You have experience with Zabbix, Grafana, ELK Stack, or other monitoring tools
• You have experience with Kubernetes
• You have experience with Public Cloud
• You have BS degree in a related field

Bonus Points:

• You have experience with Docker
• You're experienced with AWS
• You have a Masters Degree in a related field
