As a 2021 FIS University Program full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, and professional development seminars. Furthermore, you will work with a team invested in your growth, development, and success, including quarterly performance conversations with your manager and bi-annual merit reviews.

This two-year full-time program has a start date of June 28, 2021 with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will;

  • Learn how to work within a corporate environment

  • Learn the structure of FIS and options for growth within the organization

  • Hear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunities

  • Build a network of your peers from across the organization

About The Team

The FIS Public Cloud Operations team at FIS provides cloud support deployed environments within Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, and Google Cloud. FIS's burgeoning maturity in the cloud space will drive a shorter time to market solutions, which in turn will meet customer expectations around services provided by FIS throughout the world.  We are looking for a talented resource, who is comfortable working multiple appropriately prioritized issues and/or projects at a time.   One who desires to be a part of this global dynamic operations team will grow personally, technically, and professionally.

What You Will Be Doing

Develops innovative financial solutions that provide continuous improvement and modernization of company products.

  • Work on designing solutions, writing code, testing code, automating tests, and deployment.

  • Adopt and masters multiple programming languages and technologies, as required.

  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

  • Collaborate effectively with other team members.

  • Deliver software components by working in collaboration with product and design teams.

  • Collaborate with other technology teams to ensure integrated end-to-end design and integration.

  • Follow existing process guidelines; drives new processes, procedures, team rules, and best practices.

  • Participate in the Agile Scrum process by providing feedback and other relevant collaborative efforts.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related degree

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Self-motivated and willingness to learn

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
