Technical Program Manager III - Systems Engineering, Integration, & Test Integrated Product Team Leader
As Director Programs you will be driving our strategic business operations for all programmatic aspects of your assigned projects with specific focused responsibility for customer relationship, cost, schedule and technical planning, tracking and reporting, technical execution and ensuring overall program performance objectives are achieved. You will provide leadership, guidance, and oversight in all phases of business resource planning/tracking in coordination with other corporate entities, and build and lead an exceptional team to innovate, invent, implement, and deploy complex solutions in a mission-critical environment. You'll oversee process and procedure for assessing and mitigating program risk and ensure program issues and problems are identified, tracked and resolved. You'll be responsible for project/program status updates, proposal review and approval, and negotiations with project/program stakeholders to ensure enterprise initiatives meet cost, budget, and schedule constraints.
BA IPM Roles: As Director Integrated Program Management you'll be responsible to share your program management experience, skills, and best practices and to provide business area leadership for program management process, tools, and training in partnership with Corporate program process oversight and compliance teams. This role is the accountable representative of the business area to drive program strategic plans and direction, leading change efforts, and focusing and motivating Program Managers to achieve established goals. This role will provide support, training, guidance, structure, and leadership to the business area Program Management community with the objective to influence and improve Program Planning & Execution.
Corp IPM Roles: As Director Integrated Program Management you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for the development and implementation of the Integrated Program Management process, specifically related to the program management, cost, and schedule disciplines. You will direct the alignment of the Integrated Program Management process with industry best practices, program standards, corporate governance, and associated contract requirements. You'll develop and improve practice standards, conduct independent program assessments, oversee peer reviews to ensure proper application of integrated program management guidelines, and develop and lead an exceptional team of Integrated Program Managers and Program Finance members.

Must Haves:- Bachelor's degree in STEM related discipline with minimum 10 years of experience
- Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
- Demonstrated experience with systems engineering, system architecture development, requirements specification, verification & validation, systems analysis, and system modeling.
- Leadership abilities inclusive of successful change and risk management, life cycle program or product management, multi-disciplinary decision making and leading from within a team.
- Requires ability to manage complex situations, delegate and empower authority, lead and inspire, drive innovative thinking for success, instill collaboration and transparency, challenge the status quo, and demonstrate the ability to adapt to dynamic situations.
- Requires skills in time management, cost accounting, schedule reconciliation, team building, conflict resolution, communication and strategic thinking.
Preferred:- Master's degree in STEM related discipline or business administration
- Experience leading integrated product teams or multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience with ensuring compliance with approved Corporate and ISO 9001:2000 Policies and Processes.
- Working knowledge of Program Management Institute Program Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
- Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $159,430.15 - $219,216.46
