We're looking for someone who is a self-starter with a strong work ethic to serve as an escalation point for technical issues and be a primary engineer for developing customer solutions. We are a young company and you will be joining a high impact, high visibility team tasked with serving as the primary technical contact for our customers and for determining the future of operational workflows at a high growth B2B SaaS startup. Initially you will be asked to be part defect escalation resource and part software engineer for custom launches/integrations, and you will be encouraged and mentored on your career trajectory as we grow.

  • Participate as needed on client calls to serve as the subject matter expert on technical aspects of Bonusly’s employee engagement platform.
  • Design, develop, test, and deliver custom software solutions that drive operational efficiencies in Bonusly’s sales and customer success processes.
  • Be a part of our high growth journey and collaborate to create and iterate on our practices.
  • Proactively identify and solve for operational and technical inefficiencies in our business.
  • Have the support of your amazing, talented colleagues while working on small, high impact teams and enjoying the trust and autonomy needed to be biased toward action.
  • Embrace a nuanced view of time off, as we encourage our team to mix work and free time in different ways to help people stay motivated and refreshed.

  • Are interested in the things we talk about at https://engineering.bonus.ly/
