What you will do:

You will support churches by creating amazing experiences regarding Church Community Builder software and merchant services. You will communicate effectively through email, phone calls, chats to resolve any questions or requests timely.

What you will bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in software development or database support required
  • 4-6 years of experience troubleshooting software applications
  • 1+ years of experience using Church Community Builder software in an admin capacity required
  • Familiarity with MySQL/MariaDB (Sequel Pro, Navicat), Command Line (MacOS, Linux, SSH Tunnels), Python3, VSCode, Git (GitHub), PHP, JavaScript/Query, API (Postman), Docker, AWS, and Excel required • 5-6 years of customer service experience required
  • Excellent problem-solving skills including active listening skills, ability to accurately define the problem, generate possible alternative solutions, effective evaluation, and selection of alternative solutions, and implementation of solutions
  • Pleasant, helpful, and solution-oriented customer service skills with an ability to quickly and effectively adapt to change
  • Experience with iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, web browsers, and hardware (tablets, label printers, barcode scanners, MICR readers/check scanners, etc.) preferred
