Overview:
You will lead a full stack team consisting of software developers responsible for creating our next platform experience. You'll be responsible for managing the delivery, development, and design of your team's projects.
Position Details:

• Work with key stakeholders to define the scope and time frame for product delivery.
• Lead a full stack team to deliver enterprise-grade software and perform forward-looking research.
• Identify emerging leaders and provide mentorship and coaching to grow team members along their career paths.
• Scale the team to ensure successful delivery of today's requirements and plan for tomorrow's possibilities.
• Clearly define project deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.

 
Required Skills:

• 4+ years' experience in software development
• Prior experience in a technical leadership position, including hiring, reviews, promotions, feedback, coaching and facilitation of the career growth of team members.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to be a bridge between highly technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with the software development life cycle, including QA and scrum, etc.

Valued Skills:

• Knowledge of JavaScript.
• Comfort with RDBMS such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MariaDB.
• Lack of fear of the unknown.
• Prior experience with Alteryx a bonus.
