Staff Software Engineer – Denver, Colorado

In this role you will define, design, and implement complex, multi-tier distributed software systems throughout all phases of the software development process. You will also design layered application, including user interface, business functionality, and database access.
You will also perform thorough code reviews and collaborate with other engineers in geographically distributed development centers.
 

For this role, you will have a Bachelors in Computer Science or a related field with 8+ years of experience, along with excellent understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, OOPs, and OOA/D. You will have experience with SAFe Agile framework methodologies knowledge with Test Driven Development (TDD) and CI (Continuous Integration)/CD (Continuous Delivery). You will also have experience with white boarding sequence diagrams in order to design enterprise-level applications.

Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React. Experience with HTTP, XML, JSON, Node JS, JavaScript. Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React. Experience developing data-ingesting applications using an industry standard RDBMS. NoSQL experience Expertise developing enterprise-level web applications and RESTful APIs using Microservices, with demonstrable production-scale experience. Team player with strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast paced, iterative development environment and adapt to changing business priorities and to thrive under pressure. Experience with unit testing and mocking frameworks.

The annual gross base salary range is $81,813.04 – $144,116.35. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
