• Has several years of production devops experience in AWS
• Has > 5 years professional software development experience
• Can recommend multiple possible solutions to a problem and pick the right one
• Architect web, data, and ETL solutions
• Knows how to ship quality solutions
• Can work with clients and partners to capture requirements

Bonus points for:

• Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
• Experience with other technologies we use
