What will you do in this role?
You will...

  • Meeting with leadership teams to assess and define system requirements.
  • Developing and designing network architecture and IT systems infrastructure.
  • Overseeing the development, installation, configuration, and administration of IT systems.
  • Managing project timelines, budgets, and documentation.
  • Responsible for administration of data center infrastructure including network, storage hardware/devices and Hyper-V and VMWare virtual server environments
  • Responsible for the management of Voice and Collaboration platforms
  • Collaborate with managed service providers to manage the Contact Center platform
  • Responsible for administration of Azure, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams and other Microsoft 365 solutions
  • Responsible for network and infrastructure monitoring solutions
  • Provides technical support and direction to other teams and team members.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles


What will you need to bring to the table in order to be successful in this role?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business Administration
  • Microsoft certifications desired, MCSE preferred
  • 8+ years of IT and business/industry work experience
  • 2+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure or AWS)
  • Advanced network experience (WAN, MPLS, SD-WAN, LAN, VOIP)
  • Avaya Aura Communication Manager or IP Office experience preferred
  • Server and Storage Hardware
  • Advanced knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMWare, Hyper-V)
  • Windows and Linux experience
  • Knowledge of IT security compliance requirements and PCI Compliance.
  • SQL Server experience is a plus
  • Enghouse Contact Center experience is a plus
  • ITIL Foundation certification is desired
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to interface with internal customers at all levels of the organization
