At Mercury Healthcare, we empower healthcare organizations to create seamless consumer experiences and improve outcomes to build healthier communities. As a Senior Salesforce Engineer, you will be responsible for building applications/solutions on the force.com platform.

What You Will Do:

  • Act as a Sr. Salesforce Engineer contributing to the development of a product built on the force.com platform
  • Support the Salesforce development, involving customization and configuration of the the salesforce platform involving code and integrations
  • Follow best practices, design standards and coding patterns
  • Work through development bugs and challenges and be able to think on their feet to provide recommendations to build efficient scalable solutions
  • Take part in architectural discussions and support the technical architect in defining the technical roadmap for the product
  • Work with technical lead to size, scope and define technical requirements and help transform them into actionable work for the engineering team
  • Collaborate with geographically distributed teams
  • Support junior developers to enhance their knowledge and skillset

What You Will Bring:

  • 6+ years of software development or related experience
  • 3+ years hands-on development experience in the salesforce platform
  • Lightning Aura/LWC development, Apex, Visualforce experience
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, that are declarative as well as through code
  • Experience building microservices and reusable components
  • Exposure to Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud & Communities. Health cloud is a plus.
  • Experience developing managed packages for Salesforce ISVs
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JQuery and JavaScript frameworks
  • Proven ability to design and optimize technical systems in support of organizational process

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: 129K - $145K annually*
  • Bonus: up to 5% annually
