Role Purpose
At Bluprint, our goal is to deliver content to users that encourage people to turn inspiration into action. In this role, we’re looking for an engineer that has an appreciation for learning and adaptability. You’ll be working on front-end systems that are largely React and CMS-driven, and will support back-end systems that are Java driven. You’ll be a great fit if you have a passion for overcoming engineering challenges. Our ideal candidate will have master-level JavaScript expertise, experience with continuous integration pipelines, and a wealth of testing knowledge.
Responsibilities

  • Ability to solve complex JavaScript problems both with frameworks and without frameworks
  • Ability to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in deployment pipelines and implement solutions
  • Write functional or end-to-end tests for both existing code and new code that is developed

Basic Qualifications
• 4+ years of vanilla JavaScript experience
• 2+ years of React experience
• 2+ years of experience with deployment processes

• Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice as needed
• Must be willing to work in Denver, CO
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

• Selenium testing experience
• An understanding of how Content Management Systems work
• Experience with Handlebars/Mustache templates or other templating languages
• Java experience
• Experience with build tools such as Jenkins
• Experience with web technologies such as Nginx, AWS Cloudformation, Terraform, and Apache HTTPD
