As Front-End Developer III, you will join our Agile development team as the lead. You will work to guide and mentor other Front-end Engineers, ensuring the highest level of performance, code quality, and maintainability. You will be involved in a wide range of software design, architecture, and engineering projects in support of the organization’s growth.
Essential Duties:
- Develop maintainable and reusable code using OOP methodologies
- Practice Test Driven Development
- Identify ways to enhance the user experience
- Collaborate and mentor other developers
- Support multiple enterprise websites
- Find creative solutions, work diligently, and address changes with confidence
- Actively work to build and maintain a positive team culture
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of web development experience
- Familiarity with pair programming
- Strong understanding of CSS3, SASS, HTML5, ES6+, Typescript
- Strong understanding of AngularJS or Angular 7
- Experience with TDD
- Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies
- Understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and Functional Programming
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Desired Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience with NodeJS, NPM, and NVM
- Experience with Vue.js
- Project management with Jira
- Build tools such as Grunt and Angular-CLI
- CI/CD using GitLab
- Experience with Laravel or PHP
- TDD using Jasmine
- Writing End to End tests with Protractor
