Job Description:
Consider a career as a technical solutions architect with T-Mobile Home + Entertainment division in downtown Denver's Wynkoop location. As a technical solutions architect, you will help set standards for API development, identify scaling opportunities, encourage well known software patterns, evaluate and recommend new software components, guide backend RESTful API solutions that power our customers video watching experience.
You will be a member of the architecture team that will establish the vision for a future state enterprise architecture that supports our visionary technology strategy. You will be directly influencing that vision and applying it to a variety of project development efforts related to our product, services, and hardware solutions. You will take a servant-leader role in establishing, maintaining, and evolving the reference architecture state.
Architecture team supports ongoing project efforts to be a part in feature design and delivery. Will produce architecture overviews, assessments and document solution flows. If third-party vendor evaluations are necessary, this team will also conduct that or share previous evaluation results. This team also ensure we have clear Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) as part of delivery considerations.
Responsibilities:
 As a member of the architecture team that will establish the vision for a future state enterprise architecture that supports our product strategy
 Directly influencing that vision and applying it to a variety of project development efforts related to our product, services, and hardware solutions. You will take a servant-leader role in establishing, maintaining, and evolving the reference architecture state.
 Work closely with customer to gather business and integration requirements, and effectively facilitate technical discussion with technical stakeholders
 Understand client's environment and provide solutions for deployment as per their requirement
 Analyze current architecture, Design and build API and UI view and data query and data mapping to fetch data
 Demonstrate usability from API gateway
 Design, development and implement open stack solution using latest frameworks
 Deliver APIs as microservices and implement with CI/CD
 Clearly articulate pros and cons and lead the team to right technology path.
 Work on installation, configuration, development and deployment in non-prod and prod environment.
 Finding solutions for object identification issues and error handling issues
 Coordinating team members and development team in order to solve issues.
 Work on installation, configuration, development and deployment in NP and product environment
 Prepare project documentation, prepare run-book for maintenance and migration
 Identifies and manages upstream and downstream dependencies; clearly communicates those dependencies with other BAs and technical leads, vendor, clearly manages expectations based on them
 
Qualifications:
Must have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
 

  • Expert with Full Stack (AngularJS, NodeJS) based application development
  • UI design, HTML5, JSon, jQuery
  • Containerization and AWS CI/CD Pipeline deployments using Jenkins.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal)
  • Building testable, scalable back-end APIs
  • Backend application languages with NodeJS and JavaScript preferred


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelors of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering or quantitative field
  • Masters of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering or quantitative field a plus
