You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing both manual and automated tests of Zoom Rooms product. This is an opportunity to work together with a development team spread across the world on understanding feature requirements and ensuring that Zoom delivers the highest quality feature to its customers. 

Responsibilities:

Work closely with development team to understand the features, both designs and implementations.

Complete functional tests, integration tests and regression tests.

Design and develop automated test scripts.

Identify critical customer issues and support customer engagement

Minimum Qualifications:

Fluent Mandarin required.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related.

Minimum 3 years of software testing experience.

Familiar with various designing approaches to black-box testing.

Hands-on experience with test tools such as TestRails, Jira and Asana.

Self-motivated and process-oriented, be able to work independently.

Good communication & documentation skills.

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s degree in Computer Science or related.

Hands-on experience with UIautomator, Appium and Python.

Experience with performance and/or security testing.

Experience with Agile process.
