Member of a software development team responsible for performing testing activities covering all aspects of the software including regression, system, and integration tests. Work closely with the team to analyze requirements and document appropriate test plans and procedures. Accountable for maintaining a high level of software quality.

Software and system testing support:

• Conduct quality assurance/ software testing during new feature development and regression test cycles.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement test plans and procedures
• Provide technical (software and systems) support during beta testing.
• Create and update test plans and procedures.
• Design, develop, and maintain test scripts to automate testing process

Qualifications:

• BS in Engineering or related Technical Discipline plus 2 years experience or an MS in Engineering plus 1 years of experience or demonstrates knowledge of requirements for the position
• 2+ years experience fielding and testing software applications
• Ability to utilize critical thinking to solve complex problems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to include active listening
• Knowledge of desktop publishing software (Adobe Suite, Robohelp, etc.)
• Understanding of wireless communications preferred
• Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems preferred
