What You Will Bring:

  • Strong knowledge in 2-3 areas within our core technical stack; Javascript, C# (.Net/Core), Angular (6+), AWS, SQL (SQL Server/Postgres), Redux, and/or React + NodeJS.
  • Strong people leadership and project management skills; including planning, designing, and resource allocation
  • Familiarity with modern front-end architectures and approaches; component-based architecture, unidirectional data flow, Webpack, SASS, etc.

  • Familiarity in modern Cloud-based hosting environments; i.e. AWS EC2, S3, Route53, CloudFront, RDS, AutoScaling, Elastic Beanstalk, Lambda, etc.
  • We appreciate Engineers that express a curiosity in new technology platforms and services that support our larger ecosystem; i.e. ELK, Sentry, API Gateway, Cognito, Lamba, Glue, OneReach, Swagger, Twilio, etc.
  • 2+ years in leading a software delivery team, including management of direct reports
