We’re looking for a Manager - Software Engineering to lead a multidisciplinary team of developers who design and build both our web and mobile application offerings. You’ll be a great fit if you have a proven track record of providing technology leadership, career development, and mentorship.

Here is what you’ll be doing:

Mentor and coach junior developers, supporting both their career and professional growth

Extend and adapt our software delivery processes

Leverage metrics to guide a continuous improvement strategy

Analyze problems facing your team and lead cross-functional discussions to find solutions

Help us establish a diverse and inclusive organization for your peers, organizational leaders, and the teams they support

Here is what we’re looking for:
● 4+ years engineering management experience
● 2+ years acting as a SCRUM coach, Project Manager, or related role
● Demonstrated experience within software delivery
Eligibility Requirements
● Someone who believes in the value of collaboration, working directly with our team onsite in Denver, Colorado. (We can and will provide relocation assistance.)
● Ability to occasionally work outside normal business hours to meet time sensitive deadlines
● Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Nice to Have:
● Firsthand experience with a full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for at least one application

● Understanding and experience with Lean, Agile and SCRUM approaches to software development and delivery

● Proven servant-leadership mindset, placing the team before yourself and the company before team

● An established and recognized mentor, growing people as you grow our business and technology
● Ability to cultivate curiosity, elevate intelligence, motivation and inspire, and maintain humility
