THE OPPORTUNITY: 

As the integrations developer, you will be a key part of Yaguara’s success, developing roadmaps and executing on integration solutions.  Specifically, you will be responsible for developing integrations with third party APIs like Shopify and Google Analytics. You will facilitate fetching data from our customers services and storing it efficiently. We are seeking someone strategic and analytical - you will investigate how to consume rate limited APIs as quickly as possible. THE TEAM:Yaguara is a small team of talented, passionate individuals who are obsessed with building a platform that will transform the way companies run their businesses. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a back-end Javascript developer responsible for implementing data storage and retrieval of various integrations. To excel in this role, you must be capable of storing and structuring data in a way that is efficiently retrievable in a wide variety of analytical needs. Figuring out how to fetch millions of rows of data in a reasonable amount of time should be something that interests you. This development will include database architecture, maintenance, and optimization specific to the integrations but you will be called on to help develop core application functionality on the backend as well. You will need to be comfortable with developing efficient REST API routes for our front-end to consume this data. An advanced understanding of relational databases is crucial, as well as an understanding of application architecture best practices.

Skill Set

• • Proficient in Javascript/Typescript
  • Architecting relational database tables and optimizing the queries that use them
  • Implementing features with security as a central concern (OWASP)
  • Comfortable with data fetching, transformation, and scripting
  • Automated testingFamiliar with OAuth implementations from the client side, both 1.0 and 2
  • Proficient in Git
