The Realtime Server Platform Team is a software development team that maintains all Zoom realtime servers to offer in-meeting services to customers. This team works with the Operations team and Support team to guarantee the high availability of the services and applying new technology to extend Zoom services to match the huge global demand. As part of the team you will face customer escalation challenges, products and production high availability issues, and learn how to develop a word class realtime service.
Work with remote teams and collaborate on the implementation.
To propose solutions to design problems
To support existing software functionality; to investigate, analyze and correct identified defects.
Production and Server tuning
Server production escalation point
BS in Software/Computer Engineering or equivalent. MS is preferred.
3+ year's experience in software development
Multimedia and Realtime collaboration system knowledge.
Experience with Linux C/C++ development;
Interpose communication and multithreaded programming
Excellent software and system debug skills
