What is this opportunity?
Software Engineer - Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Ownership of all technical aspects of a Salesforce.com implementation, including custom code, systems integrations, 3rd party applications and AppExchange products.
• Responsible for development, configuration and quality assurance in the Salesforce.com platform, including Visualforce, Apex, Triggers, custom objects and SOQL.
• Passion for TDD and ensuring test coverage and validation of functionality is implemented and can be verified on an ongoing basis with future releases.
• Experience in integrating enterprise applications with other API enabled Business Systems (i.e. Salesforce.com, Data.com, Zuora, DocuSign, Incent, Marketo or other marketing solutions, etc.).
• Own release schedules and milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Experience in working in an agile environment utilizing tools, such as Jira, Microsoft TFS and Confluence.
• Create and manage project artifacts, such as status reports and technical documentation.
• Ability to work well across offices and timezones in working with both other team members, end users and stakeholders.

Required Knowledge, Skills and/or Attributes

• Strong analytical skills and software engineering experience
• Experience with enterprise integration to Salesforce.com
• Strong self-starter and results-driven individual
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Required Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years Salesforce.com development, including custom objects, Apex, Visualforce, Salesforcecom, Triggers, Migration Tools and Web Services
• 5+ years working in an Agile Environment
• Preferred
• Salesforce Developer (Dev 401) Certification
