We’re currently hiring talented Software Engineers to join our global Product team, working on technically challenging problems to make business more beautiful for our accounting partners and small business customers. We have an ambitious three year roadmap to consolidate our applications into one cohesive experience and to achieve this, we’re hiring new Engineers!


The Wilderxeros are a fully remote team of cross functional Engineers. They are working on providing an experience for Accountants & Bookkeepers which feels like an augmentation of the product experience for their Small Business clients, not a separate set of tools.


The vision for their current piece of work is: save time by easily collating documents and adding e-signatures to be sent to clients all securely inside Xero HQ. 


We are looking for an Engineer with excellent c# skills and knowledge of React & AWS to joint this pod. Previous domain knowledge of e-signing or remote working experience would be advantageous.

Through her ERG involvement, Rowe has gained a greater understanding of her peers’ diverse life experiences and skill sets while fostering dialogue related to topics that are often avoided in the workplace, such as women’s health. “It’s been a great way to help other women grow their careers and create a safe space for hard conversations,” she said.

Not only has she grown personally due to this role, but it’s also encouraged her to engage with other engineering teams in an effort to better understand her peers’ needs. She’s currently helping plan an event that will enable Indigenous people to share their unique stories with others in the company.
