Job Description
The Zoom Apps Native team is here to perform client application development for Zoom Apps. Our team is looking to bring on a Software Engineer who is passionate in the field. In this role, you will utilize your knowledge of client application and embedded browser programming to add features to the Zoom Apps interface between C++ and JavaScript.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the design, development and maintenance of the cross-platform interface for Zoom Apps.
Work closely with Engineering partners, Product and Project Managers, Product Designers, and DevOps to drive engineering release and deliver success.
Partner with technical support and customer success, while also communicating with customers to troubleshoot product issues and deliver happiness to our users.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related
* 5+ years programming experience
* Windows and/or Mac programming experience
* Proficiency in C/C++14 or later
* Rich cross-platform C++ development experience
* Objective C++ proficiency for Mac programmers
* Familiar with common data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
* Have practical experience in code refactoring and client architecture design
* Debugging and troubleshooting experience
* Have a passion for work and good team communication and collaboration skills
Preferred experience with:
* Embedded browsers
* JavaScript, CSS, or Java
* Networking programming, TCP/IP, SSL, HTTP, Websocket
* IPC, multi-threading
Bonus Skills:
* iOS experience
