Overview:The Analytics Products team is focused on bringing the real power of data science and machine learning to a wider audience. We are looking for a software engineer who can take features from start to finish. This might mean building a new UI interaction with JavaScript, writing Python scripts for data analysis, or brainstorming the UX design with UX designers, project managers and data scientists on the team. In other words, you're an engineer who can quickly turn ideas into production-ready features.

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in JavaScript development, familiar with ES6, React
  • 2+ years of experience in Python development, experience with numpy, scipy, pandas and scikit-learn
  • Capable of rapid prototyping and delivering enterprise-grade, commercial software
  • A willingness to work in a pragmatic, agile environment with a collaborative team 
  • Strong desire to learn and apply new skills­­­

Valued Skills:

  • Strong quantitative background with knowledge of data science, machine learning and statistics
  • Polyglot programming experience (Python, JavaScript, R, C++, C#)
  • Experience with database, familiar with SQL
  • Experience in data analytics, and using them to improve business intelligence and agility
