Role

As the Software Development Manager, you will be responsible for development of the next generation of the iN2L Content delivery system.  This software allows seniors — regardless of experience, physical or intellectual abilities — to use the computer pleasurably, engagingly and with minimal frustration.

Skills

You have deep experience in the development and deployment of traditional client-server PC-based systems on a variety of hardware and related utility software.

You appreciate the need for continuous, disciplined testing - including hands-on experience writing tests using automation frameworks.

You are comfortable working in an Agile based development environment.

You have a deep understanding of where development productivity tools can help... or hurt.

You have a B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering or comparable work experience.

You are a seasoned professional, with 10+ years of industry experience.
