Alteryx is searching for a Software Delivery Manager. This position is remote-friendly or can be based in our Broomfield, Colorado office.

Position Overview:

We are looking for three things from our team lead:

• A passion for people leadership and development through a growth mindset

• An understanding of the software development process including release of software that is globally accessible to a broader user base 

• Given this highly technical domain, we need someone with strong technical experience especially on the design, process, and language side. 

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of people leadership experience with a strong desire to lead; servant leader with passion for developing people and high-performance teams

• 5+ years in software development experience, preferably with understanding of internationalization and accessibility best practices in highly-scalable architectures

• Clear, concise written and verbal communication

• Demonstrable experience in designing software solutions preferably leveraging open source and open standards; deep familiarity with modern languages, design principles, and design patterns

• Deep understanding and commitment to modern software engineering principles/processes and continuous improvement through measurement

• Strong experience in modern development pipelines and tools (e.g. Git)

• Demonstrable experience driving collaboration across dispersed teams and team members

• Strong skills in critical thinking, decision making, problem solving, and attention to detail

• Customer mindset – as you will be working on behalf of international customers and users of assistive technology, high customer empathy is a must

Valued Skills:

• Exposure and knowledge of C#, C++, JavaScript, WinForms and React

• Familiarity with data analytics

• Knowledge and experience with distributed computing, big data and stream processing systems.

• Familiarity with cloud deployments and testing in AWS

• A polyglot who has international familiarity and experience leading full stack developers is ideal

• Knowledge of / understanding with screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, etc

Compensation:

Alteryx is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Broomfield, Colorado is $101,700 - $172,900. This position is also remote-friendly and, as such,

compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including bonus and stock grants.
